Maintenance Cleaning

* the majority of homes will need a First Time Detail Cleaning on the first visit in order for a proper Maintenance Cleaning to be performed. We can sometimes provide a discounted First Time General Clean if the house has been detail cleaned on a regular basis.

** We request that rooms that are to be cleaned be “picked up” before our Cleaning Techs arrive.

First Time Detailing
Every Detail Cleaning includes the Maintenance Cleaning list items with a focus on excessive build up plus the following:

• Fan blades hand wiped or dusted with extension pole
• Light Fixtures hand wiped in place
• Window Sills and Baseboards hand wiped or washed
• Lampshades vacuumed or wiped
• Pictures and knick-knacks hand wiped
• Furniture damp wiped and spot cleaned where needed
• Top of Refrigerator washed
• Cabinet fronts spot cleaned or washed where needed
• Switch plates cleaned
• ** Tub/shower and tiles scrubbed
• Toilet bowls pumiced when necessary
• Glass doors washed

** As we are a “green” cleaning service we do not use products with bleach. If there is excessive mold or stains in tile grout, we suggest having the grout professionally re-grouted and sealed. We can suggest companies that provide this service

*** We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. We do use extension poles for higher items that need dusting and cobwebbing.

We also provide cleaning service for smaller commercial accounts under 7,000 square feet.
